Job Description

• As Branch Manager, you have overall responsibility for the organisation of the branch in close cooperation with management
• Technical and financial leadership according to business management principles
• Personnel responsibility for 8-10 employees including resource planning
• Maintenance and expansion of customer and network relationships
• Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as promotion of innovations
• Project and construction management for own projects as well as technical support for the team

• Completed studies as a Civil Engineer ETH/FH, supplemented by business management training is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience with high social competence
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong customer orientation
