Join the Sales and Distribution domain as a Senior Business Analyst dedicated to our Internal & External Portal solution. You will be a key player between the Product Owner (who carries the product vision) and the Solutions Manager (who ensures delivery).

The tasks awaiting you:

• Gather, analyse and formalise business needs to translate them into suitable technical-functional solutions, identifying impacts, dependencies and necessary evolutions.
• Contribute to the design, configuration and governance of deployed solutions and features, in close collaboration with the teams responsible for Dynamics 365.
• Optimise business processes and support their evolution by maintaining continuous monitoring of new features and technological innovations.
• Manage end-to-end testing activities, from defining acceptance criteria to final validation and coordinating the resolution of anomalies.
• Support users in adopting changes, in coordination with support, training, change management teams and business referents.
• Provide level 2 support, monitor usage and adoption of solutions through dashboards and reports, and contribute to enriching the knowledge base.

Your profile:

• A higher education in IT such as HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ...
• Strong technical-functional expertise in web solutions and technology
• At least 5 years of experience with Atlassian technologies in IT missions/projects, business projects with a strong technological and transformation dimension
• Developed analytical skills, sharp interpersonal skills, and writing abilities
• Excellent command of agile methodologies and ITIL processes
• Sensitivity to change management
• Fluent in French: spoken and written, and proficient in English: minimum B2 level. German is a plus
