• Driving and taking responsibility for the further development of our IAM strategy, governance, and processes
• Leading projects and subprojects to successfully implement IAM initiatives in practice
• Advising specialist departments, system managers, and IT architects as well as conducting training sequences to sustainably anchor the know-how within the organisation
• Ensuring quality and compliance regarding access and thereby building trust
• Technically implementing professional requirements, clean-ups, and other changes and ensuring stable system operation within the team

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management including conception and operation
• In-depth technical knowledge of IAM platforms, directory services, and interfaces
• Experience and methodological competence to communicate complex topics clearly
• Great enthusiasm for interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration with various stakeholders
• Structured, independent working style and project management experience
