Senior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operate Windows servers as well as VMware and Proxmox environments from procurement and implementation to end of lifecycle.
Help shape the Microsoft cloud strategy and continuously expand and optimise cloud services.
Implement security measures and policies and manage NAC, PAM and XDR solutions.
Administer network environments, configure switches and ensure a secure, stable infrastructure.
Systematically analyse and sustainably resolve complex IT disruptions and take technical responsibility within the team.
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ with relevant further education and several years of experience at senior level.
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Cloud as well as VMware and/or Proxmox.
Experience in IT security and network administration, ideally with NAC, PAM and XDR.
Strong troubleshooting skills as well as an independent, reliable and team-oriented working style.
Interest in a work environment with a social mission and in collaborating with people with diverse backgrounds.
