Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Consulting: You advise our clients on all matters relating to financial and payroll accounting, taxes, and social security, ensuring tailored solutions
- Coordination and Supervision: You coordinate and oversee the processing of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, as well as interim and annual financial statements to ensure the highest quality standards
- Team Leadership: You support and coach your team members in the mandates entrusted to you, promote their professional development, and act as their technical contact
- Business Development: You play a central role in expanding new business relationships and impress with your confident manner and expertise
- Project Management: You support clients by taking on varied, temporary deputy mandates and thus contribute to successful project completion
- Sustainable Mandate Management: You place great value on the sustainable care of your mandates and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients
- Digital Competence: You work confidently in digital environments and contribute to the ongoing digitalisation of fiduciary processes
Qualifications:
- Professional Expertise: Ideally, you hold the Fiduciary Expert diploma or a comparable qualification (e.g. Bachelor in Business Administration). Alternatively, you have many years of practical experience in fiduciary and payroll services
- Customer Orientation: Your clients appreciate your positive demeanour and expertise; you recognise their needs and quickly develop effective solutions
- Sense of Responsibility: You enjoy taking responsibility and can quickly familiarise yourself with new, complex issues
- Commitment: Your strong service orientation, flexibility, and commitment are clearly noticeable both within the team and with clients
- Digital Know-how: You quickly find your way in the digital working environment and actively support the further development of our digital processes
