IT System Engineer - IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, you will shape a reliable IT system operation and ensure that all systems run stably, securely, and performantly. You will take responsibility for the installation, configuration, and administration of servers, applications, and infrastructure services and ensure their continuous optimisation. You will analyse disruptions, efficiently resolve incidents, and accompany changes within defined processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the automation and standardisation of operational tasks and actively bring your experience into the further development of the IT landscape. Through your structured and responsible working style, you will make a decisive contribution to the high availability and quality of IT services.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the stable operation of the IT infrastructure and support technical developments
You manage network systems, firewalls, server environments, and virtual platforms
Your tasks include the administration of Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, SQL as well as M365 and Azure
You are the contact person for users in 1st and 2nd level support and assist with system problems
Together with the IT team, you take on the on-call duty
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education and bring experience in software and hardware support.
Your practical experience in network administration, firewall technologies, and server environments helps you in daily work.
You are familiar with M365, Azure, Active Directory as well as virtualisation solutions.
You convince with your flexible, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as an impeccable reputation complete your profile.
