Acceptance and processing of network requests as well as proactive monitoring of the infrastructure
Early detection and resolution of issues in switching, routing, and WLAN
Direct support of customer enquiries and technical problems
Operation and continuous development of the network and security infrastructure
Implementation of preventive monitoring and security measures to ensure stable operation
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in computer science or telecommunications as a foundation for work in network and security
Solid knowledge of firewalls, routers, as well as LAN and WLAN
Strong customer orientation and service-oriented thinking and acting
High initiative as well as proactive and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills and situationally applicable English skills in spoken and written form
