You take on a key role in Axpo Grid's Energy Automation: With a focus on managing demanding projects, you also shape our offer coordination and continuously develop our portfolio for energy and automation systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
At the heart of your role is project and subproject management: You lead projects and subprojects focusing on secondary technology and coordinate planner services. You control scope, deadlines, costs and quality and coordinate technical interfaces with specialist departments, customers and suppliers.
Additionally, you are the central contact person for offer coordination within the Energy Automation department: You prepare calculations, service descriptions and offer documents, coordinate technical, commercial and scheduling content with specialist departments and central sales, and ensure completeness and plausibility of offers. You also support negotiations and coordinate suppliers in consultation with central purchasing.
Furthermore, you contribute to the further development of our offer portfolio: You expand existing offers, develop new products and services, and prepare proposals on services, pricing logic and positioning. You standardise and modularise services and offers - including reusable offer components and templates.
Profile & Requirements
Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience and industry knowledge.
Extensive experience in the design and engineering of energy systems and automation technology, ideally in energy generation/transmission, industrial automation or public infrastructure.
Experience in the further development and standardisation of service offerings.
Knowledge of architectures and security functions of critical infrastructures as well as relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27019 and StromVV is an advantage.
Ability to lead project and subproject teams professionally and to coordinate interdisciplinary contributions in matrix organisations.
Independent, structured working style, strong communication skills and team spirit; confident handling of Microsoft 365 and project planning tools. Fluent in German and English, French skills are an advantage.
