Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture (80-100%) for the independent management of diverse and architecturally demanding building projects. You will oversee renovations, residential developments, school buildings and site developments through various planning phases and take responsibility for the planning and technical coordination. A particular focus is on execution planning with ArchiCAD as well as leading and coordinating internal and external project participants. The position combines architecture, project management and execution planning with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative influence.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of demanding architecture and building projects across various SIA phases
Handling of renovations, residential developments, school buildings and site developments
Responsibility for project, execution and detailed planning
Leadership and coordination of the internal project team as well as management of tasks and planning processes
Creation and coordination of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings with ArchiCAD
Management and coordination of specialist planners, experts, authorities and contractors
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Support of approval, tendering and awarding processes
Monitoring of deadlines, planning quality and project goals
Development and review of technically and aesthetically convincing construction and detail solutions
Preparation and leadership of project and coordination meetings
Accompanying projects from planning through to realisation and handover
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at ETH or FH level
Several years of professional experience in Swiss architecture and building planning
Solid experience in execution and detailed planning
Experience in project management and leading project teams
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD
Good knowledge of Swiss SIA phases, construction processes and standards
Very good German language skills spoken and written
