Responsibilities:
- Planning and management of industrialisation projects
- Responsibility for the timely and cost-efficient introduction of new products
- Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of production processes
- Identification and assessment of risks and implementation of appropriate measures
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and process guidelines
- Monitoring production performance and continuous improvement of production processes
- Close collaboration with the development team and other internal departments
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in industrialisation
- Sound knowledge in optimising production processes
- Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Fluent English skills and good German
