Role:
In this role, you take on the management of demanding digitalisation projects and actively shape the transformation of business processes. You analyse existing workflows, identify optimisation potentials, and derive clear requirements for departments and IT. You are responsible for the structured collection of business needs, translate these into viable concepts, and coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders. You plan, coordinate, and control project phases, ensure transparency about progress, and ensure compliance with quality, budget, and deadlines. Through your professional expertise and analytical strength, you contribute significantly to anchoring future-proof digital solutions in the company.
Responsibilities:
- You develop the digital roadmap for all site processes together with the CEO and departments.
- You prioritise, lead, and implement digitalisation, automation, and AI projects along the value chain.
- In this role, you optimise ERP-related end-to-end processes from order-to-cash to planning and build a viable KPI landscape.
- You translate business requirements into digital solutions with clear specifications and manage external service providers as well as internal interface partners.
- In this role, you manage the local application landscape including production software, interfaces, and user and authorisation concepts.
- You drive paperless, efficient workflows, sustainably improve data quality and master data structures, and support training and introduction of digital tools.
Qualifications:
- You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training in digitalisation/process management or a degree in business informatics.
- You have several years of experience in digitalisation-related functions in a production environment as well as in project management with various departments and IT.
- You are proficient in handling ERP systems, business applications, and process optimisation and understand data analysis, reporting, and data quality.
- You bring programming skills (at least one scripting or compiled language); SQL, Power BI, or comparable tools are advantageous.
- You understand automation, interfaces, and AI use cases and act as a strong translator between business, production, IT, and the data world.
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, communicate convincingly with different stakeholders, and drive changes pragmatically and hands-on.
