Microsoft Azure Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for developing customised workplace solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform that meet the requirements of modern work environments.
- You integrate DevOps approaches during the implementation of robust architectures to take an active role in operations and ensure smooth migration of customer environments.
- You always keep an eye on compliance with security and compliance policies.
- You take care of the maintenance of existing customer environments, identify and resolve issues related to the Azure infrastructure, including incident management and end-user support.
- You monitor and optimise the performance of the Azure infrastructure to ensure top-class availability, scalability, and reliability.
- You stay up to date with Azure technologies and integrate new concepts and solutions.
- You automate repeatable processes using tools such as PowerShell and ARM templates to achieve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your computer science studies (university, university of applied sciences, college) or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist with corresponding certifications.
- You have solid knowledge in building and operating Azure architectures and have already gained initial professional experience.
- You are familiar with PowerShell and proficient in using DevOps tools such as CI/CD, GIT, and infrastructure-as-code.
- You have experience in building and operating classic IT systems such as Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, etc., and ideally have Linux knowledge.
- Additional knowledge in an IaC environment such as Terraform as well as experience with ARM and Azure DevOps complete your profile.
- You are proficient in German both spoken and written, and English skills are an advantage.
