SENIOR LABORATORY TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Technical Specialist to join our teams. You will play a key role in performing complex analyses, developing and validating analytical methods, as well as maintaining quality standards related to ISO 17025 accreditation.
ROLE
Analytical expertise
• Independently performing complex analyses
• Developing and validating analytical methods
• Ability to handle complex matrices and adapt analytical approaches
• First-level processing of analytical results
• Responsibility for analytical equipment (maintenance, monitoring, compliance)
• Contribution to the structuring of data and analytical processes
ISO 17025
• Responsibility in managing ISO 17025 accreditation
• Strong involvement as method owner under the responsibility of ISO 17025 managers
• Mastery of validation approaches and ISO 17025 requirements
Quality and continuous improvement
• Organisation and management of interlaboratory tests
• Direct contribution to documentary and methodological robustness
• Compliance with quality, safety, and traceability procedures
Reporting and collaboration
• Documenting, clearly presenting, and discussing results through reports or presentations
• Writing standard analysis reports
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring optimal efficiency
PROFILE
• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a chemical laboratory technician with a focus on analytical chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, ideally in inks, coatings, or paint
• Experience in research
• Experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory environment is a major asset
• Practical knowledge of development, qualification, or validation of analytical methods
• Proficiency in data processing, statistical evaluation, and result interpretation
• Autonomous, reliable, methodical, able to work in a team and demonstrating professional conscientiousness
• Fluent in French, English level B1
