For our client, a successfully established and regionally anchored company in the technical sector in the Landquart area, we are looking for an organised, service-oriented and responsible individual as:

Technical Support Coordinator (m/f, 80-100%)

Hub function between customers, technicians and internal departments - varied, independent and future-oriented.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Creating, processing and tracking quotes for maintenance, repair and renewal work
• Planning, coordinating and organising service assignments in close cooperation with service technicians
• Accompanying orders from order entry to invoicing
• Checking, processing and updating service reports
• Supporting technical support enquiries as well as product information
• Receiving, coordinating and tracking fault reports until successful resolution
• Telephone and written contact with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring smooth service processes

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed basic technical training in the electrical field or a comparable technical environment
• Commercial understanding or corresponding further training is an advantage
• Enjoyment of organisational, coordinative and administrative tasks
• Experience in customer contact as well as a pronounced service orientation
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with communicative skills
