Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of modern unified communications solutions with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone and Microsoft 365.
Planning and realisation of enterprise voice solutions with Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Calling Plans.
Migration of existing telephony environments to Microsoft Teams as well as integration of VoIP and communication infrastructures.
Consulting customers on Microsoft Teams, collaboration, security policies and optimal operating models.
Technical support and further development of Microsoft 365 environments, managed services and modern communication platforms.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on Microsoft Teams, collaboration and unified communications.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, VoIP, Direct Routing and the integration of existing telephony systems.
Experience with configuring Microsoft 365 tenants, permissions, security policies and voice services.
Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure as well as their interaction within the Microsoft 365 platform.
Independent and customer-oriented working style, strong consulting skills and ideally Microsoft certifications in the area of Teams or Microsoft 365.
