Head of Finance & Taxation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Role:
You lead the Finance and Taxation Department with a small, motivated team.
You take on the accounting for the municipality as well as for inter-municipal organisations and associations.
You prepare the annual financial statement, the budget, the financial and investment plan, and ensure liquidity planning.
You maintain the tax register and oversee the tax declaration process.
You are responsible for the tax assessment of employed natural persons.
You execute the tax collection and prepare tax closures.
Responsibilities:
You have completed a commercial basic education and have several years of experience in finance and/or taxation, ideally in public administration.
You hold the cantonal professional certificate (KFA) or a comparable further qualification.
You possess the assessment competence in the canton of Zurich or are willing to acquire it.
You distinguish yourself through your service orientation, teamwork skills, and loyalty.
Your working style is precise, efficient, and reliable, and you have negotiation skills as well as assertiveness.
You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office and Abacus.

Do you want to independently manage the financial affairs of a municipality and actively contribute in the areas of finance and taxation? As Head of Finance and Taxation, you take on a central role in leading and developing the department as well as collaborating with various stakeholders.
