Clerk in Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You will be independently responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable – from invoice entry to reconciling open items.
You coordinate payment runs and dunning processes, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and ensure correct posting.
During monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations, you support the team, reconcile general ledger accounts, and handle VAT returns.
You analyse and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure careful and timely financial accounting.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting form your professional foundation.
You have several years of experience in accounting.
Thanks to your good knowledge of Swiss VAT, you perform accounting conscientiously and keep an overview even with more complex matters.
As a reliable, numbers-oriented, and solution-focused personality, you work independently, actively contribute, and appreciate uncomplicated teamwork.
You have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
