Your Tasks:

• Welcoming and attending to guests in the restaurant, at events and meetings
• You have a strong service mindset
• Taking orders and advising guests on the selection of food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth operation in the service area through close teamwork and independent work
• Preparing and setting tables as well as maintaining the assigned work area to create a pleasant atmosphere.
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.

Your Qualifications:

• Friendly and professional demeanour with a strong service orientation
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and adapt flexibly to different situations
• Good communication skills in German; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
