What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual to lead the HandwerkCenter (80-100%). You will take charge of the store team and logistics including personnel planning and personally advise customers from construction, industry, and crafts. You ensure optimal customer satisfaction and organise exhibitions as well as the design of the sales area. Additionally, you are responsible for the vocational training of apprentices in retail and take on tasks in the area of controlling at the location.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in retail or basic craft training with sales experience

• Trainer course is an advantage

• Commercial flair or corresponding further education

• Leadership experience is an advantage

• Strong sales talent and customer orientation
