Your responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable and high-quality work from the workshop
- Organise and plan workshop tasks and ensure their profitability
- Lead and actively support workshop employees
- Optimise workshop processes
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a profession related to the automotive sector; a workshop coordinator certificate is a plus
- You have several years of experience in a similar position
- You know and master the JLR brands
- You are capable of leading and coaching a team
- You are organised, quick and efficient
- You can manage a sustained work pace
- You are autonomous and also enjoy working in a team
