2026/2027: probationary internship

From 2027: trainee in MSP ES training or Federal ASP Certificate

For our wood workshop, which has around twenty AI collaborators, we offer a trainee position as a socio-professional master (MSP) for a duration of 3 to 4 years.

The main objective of the MSP auxiliary trainee position is to contribute to the smooth running of the workshop in all professional, social and administrative tasks.

This role requires a clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of the workshop’s contracts
• Supporting collaborators in the workshop and at clients’ premises
• Providing appropriate supervision of collaborators and setting objectives
• Participating in receptions, network meetings and evaluations

Profile

• Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in the wood sector, ideally cabinetmaking
• Sensitivity towards people with psychological disorders
• Open, empathetic and calm personality

Start date: immediate or by agreement
