D.S.I Consulting is recruiting for its client La Leukerbad Clinic.
Situated at 1,400 metres altitude, the Leukerbad Clinic offers its patients specialised care in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine and oncology. Its thermal water, unique multidisciplinary approach and the quality of its staff have forged its solid reputation.

Head Chef M/F
Leading a team of around 12 employees, you develop fresh, local, seasonal cuisine that is mostly homemade. You combine culinary excellence, medical requirements and hotel standards, while ensuring rigorous management of the activity.
You oversee two complementary offers: La Cascade, providing healthy and friendly daily catering, and La Table de Goethe, a premium offer with made-to-order and à la carte preparations.
Your duties:
• Develop the identity and à la carte offer of La Table de Goethe.
• Ensure the gustatory, nutritional and visual quality of the dishes.
• Develop homemade cuisine, incorporating health and chrono-nutrition principles.
• Collaborate with medical and dietary teams to adapt the offer to diets and pathologies.
• Supervise, unite and develop a team of around 12 employees.
• Reorganise production and support change.
• Manage purchasing, stocks, inventories, costs and budget.
• Prepare technical sheets and monitor KPIs.
• Develop short supply chains and reduce food waste.
• Contribute to obtaining quality labels and enhancing the reputation of the Leukerbad Clinic.
Your profile:
• Diploma in culinary arts, cooking or equivalent training.
• At least 7 years’ experience in catering, including a minimum of 2 years as Head Chef M/F.
• Strong knowledge of traditional or bistronomic catering.
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 to 6 people.
• Mastery of stock management, inventories, budgets, technical sheets and performance indicators.
• Strong sensitivity to nutrition, health and well-being.
• Committed and unifying leadership, rigour and ability to drive change.
• Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to be an active presence on site.
