Foreperson: Concrete Construction

Concrete is your element. You get stuck in, take responsibility and enjoy successfully implementing demanding construction projects together with your team.

You independently lead your construction site team and ensure that projects are successfully implemented in terms of quality, safety and deadlines. In doing so, you work closely with site management, coordinate daily work and are the contact person for your team on site.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have a basic craft training, for example as a bricklayer, road builder, landscaper or in a related construction profession. Whether you are already working as a foreperson or site manager or want to take the next career step: what matters is your motivation, your sense of responsibility and your desire to be successful together with your team. 

A driving licence is a prerequisite. We will teach you everything else or develop it together.
