Civil Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist as a Civil Engineer / Project Manager Water Engineering & Hydropower for the planning and realisation of demanding infrastructure projects. You will work on water and power plant constructions from the design and planning phase through to execution and detailed planning up to structural implementation. Depending on your experience, you will increasingly take on independent management of your own projects and coordinate the involved specialist disciplines. The position combines civil engineering, water engineering and hydropower with technically demanding planning and long-term project responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Planning and design of water engineering and hydropower projects
Collaboration on power plants, water intakes, pressure pipelines and other hydraulic engineering facilities
Handling projects from conceptual design to execution and detailed planning
Development and assessment of technically and economically suitable construction solutions
Creation and processing of CAD plans, structural details and technical project documents
Execution and coordination of technical calculations and dimensioning
Support with tenders, specifications and award documents
Coordination of interfaces between civil engineering, hydraulics, electromechanics and other specialist disciplines
Accompanying projects during the realisation and construction phase
Taking on own project management tasks according to experience and qualification
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and executing companies
Qualifications:
Education in Civil Engineering (FH/ETH), as a Technician HF or comparable construction-technical qualification
Professional experience in civil engineering, water engineering, infrastructure or power plant construction is an advantage
Knowledge in conceptual, execution and detailed planning
Good user knowledge of a common CAD system
Knowledge in planning and project management of infrastructure projects is an advantage
Confident handling of Microsoft 365
Very good German language skills spoken and written
