Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture Residential Construction for the independent development and realisation of demanding residential construction projects. You will accompany the projects from design and planning through the approval and execution planning to realisation and take on the overall planning coordination. A particular focus is on urban densification, feasibility studies and economically viable housing concepts taking into account Swiss building regulations. The position combines architecture, project management and residential development with a great deal of creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of demanding residential and densification projects across all relevant SIA phases
Development and elaboration of architectural designs and housing concepts
Creation and assessment of feasibility studies, potential analyses and development variants
Further development of projects from preliminary study and planning to execution planning
Review and assurance of building law feasibility and approval capability
Coordination of specialist planners, experts, authorities and other project participants
Management of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Responsibility for planning quality, deadlines and project-related costs
Development of solutions considering space efficiency, economic viability and architectural quality
Preparation and support of building submissions and approval procedures
Participation in architecture competitions, studies and project developments
Support of projects during the realisation phase until completion
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at FH, ETH or USI level
Several years of professional experience in project management of architecture and residential construction projects
Solid experience in design, planning and execution planning
Very good knowledge of Swiss building law and relevant SIA standards
Experience with residential construction, densification projects and feasibility studies
Thorough knowledge of Swiss planning and approval procedures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
