Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Germ-free cleaning of tools and dishes in the dishwashing kitchen
- Cleaning of production rooms, office, wet rooms, changing rooms, break room
- Proper use of industrial cleaning agents
- General disposal and tidying tasks
- Compliance with the hygiene concept and cleaning standards
- Rotating tasks in the cleaning area
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in cleaning, preferably in a food production environment
- Clean, reliable, efficient, and team-oriented working style
- Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of German; English skills are an advantage
