Payroll Manager 50%

Payroll management: Overall responsibility and autonomy for the complete processing of payroll for a volume of 150 employees.

Social insurance & Administration: Monitoring cases of incapacity for work (illness, accident), management of maternity/paternity, APG and relations with compensation funds.

Withholding tax & Declarations: Control and accounting of withholding taxes, verification of attendance data and associated calculations.

Employee follow-up: Trusted contact person for questions related to payslips, contributions and benefits.

Experience: Proven experience in payroll management and salary administration in Switzerland.

Knowledge: Very good command of Swiss labour law, social insurance and withholding tax processing.

Qualities: Autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and ability to adapt quickly in a context requiring effective handling.
