AdliswilYour Tasks
- You carry out commissioning as well as maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities and furniture and ensure the operational readiness of the property.
- You independently perform repairs of all kinds within your own area of responsibility and operate technical systems according to clear instructions.
- You process orders in the order management system (SVM) including recording hours and materials.
- You assist with transports, moves, clearances as well as inventories and material distribution.
- You conduct safety and inspection rounds, perform simple cleaning tasks if necessary, initiate measures in case of pest infestation and provide on-call service.
- You professionally supervise employees from integration and employment programmes and support them in their daily work.
Your Profile
- Completed technical-craft training (e.g. specialist in operational maintenance EFZ) or equivalent qualification as well as driving licence category B
- Solid practical and implementation experience in property maintenance or a comparable technical-craft environment
- Craft skills in various trades as well as basic knowledge in safety, cleaning and technical systems
- Basic knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with IT systems for building and property management
- Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2, ideally C1)
- Independent, reliable and resilient personality with a high level of commitment as well as openness in dealing with people from different cultures and team-oriented, appreciative communication

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 85,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In addition, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
