Experienced Chef de Partie

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for:

-Mandatory culinary diploma + minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
-Excellent communicator and very good team spirit
-Attention to detail
-Passion for the profession and curiosity
-Organised, flexible and rigorous - permanent full-time position in a bistronomic establishment
-Ensure receipt of goods and stock management
-Rotating work on hot and cold stations
-Work in a restaurant
-Ensure smooth preparation and service
-Cooking with fresh and quality products
-Full compliance with the establishment's standards and requirements
-Knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
-Split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).
