Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as a HVAC Service Technician for versatile service assignments with commercial, industrial, and private customers. You will independently carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and fault rectification on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. In addition to classic building technology, you will also work with control and regulation systems and coordinate maintenance appointments directly with customers. The role combines technical troubleshooting with a high degree of personal responsibility in mobile HVAC service.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance, service, and repair work on HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and private customers
Independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
Analysis of faults in control, regulation, and building technology systems
Execution and coordination of commissioning as well as functional and operational checks
Planning and scheduling of maintenance and service assignments in direct coordination with customers
Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure system availability and operational safety
Performing minor modifications, adjustments, and extensions to existing HVAC installations
Recording and documenting service work, measurements, faults, and repairs performed
Checking systems for functionality, safety, and proper operation and initiating necessary repair measures
Participation in periodic on-call / emergency service to resolve urgent technical faults
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as heating installer EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ, or sanitary installer EFZ
Professional experience in HVAC service, maintenance, or building technology is an advantage
Knowledge in fault diagnosis, maintenance, and upkeep of building technology systems
Knowledge of control and regulation technology is an advantage
Connection permit according to NIV Art. 15 is an advantage
Willingness to participate in periodic on-call service
Valid Category B driving licence
