Our client is a successfully established, modern and forward-thinking fiduciary company from the Basel region. A well-coordinated team of eight young, motivated employees looks after a diverse clientele, from local craft businesses to service companies and up-and-coming biotech startups.
To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a personality who not only convinces professionally but also acts as a connecting element between the team and management, practically a "hinge piece" with overview and tact.

Your tasks- Independent management and advice of a varied customer portfolio with responsibility for financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Active link between the team and management
- Coaching of employees and assistance with professional questions
- Close cooperation with management and active shaping of internal processes
- Consulting and support of customers on business management issues
- Experience in fiduciary services or financial accounting
- Confident in accounting (balance sheet and final accounts) and social security matters
- Professional background in the SME sector
- Further education in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, or a degree with a focus on finance
- Enjoyment in passing on expertise and taking responsibility
- Structured, independent working style and a high standard of quality
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident, engaging manner
