Our client is an IT service provider that supports medical practices and other healthcare facilities in the maintenance and development of their IT infrastructure. The focus is on stable operation, secure systems, and reliable support for users in everyday practice. In this role, you will manage Microsoft environments, networks, and virtual workstations both remotely and on-site. You will independently handle technical faults, coordinate external partners if necessary, and participate in demanding customer projects. You combine technical know-how with a high sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems in medical practices and healthcare facilities
Handling support cases at 2nd level for desktop, server, and network environments, remotely and on-site
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft servers, clients, networks, and VoIP systems
Analysis of security-relevant events and implementation of software updates and security patches
Processing and documenting tickets including coordination of external suppliers
Participation in customer projects as well as creation and updating of ICT infrastructure documentation
Taking on periodic on-call duty, approximately once a month
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ in platform development or system technology, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience as a system engineer or ICT system specialist at an IT service provider
Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, as well as network and firewall technologies
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, virtual desktop environments, and Microsoft Azure
Very good knowledge in the installation and support of Microsoft server and client environments
Experience with information security, data protection, and the protection of sensitive data
Analytical, structured, and independent working style
Strong IT expertise as well as high customer and service orientation
Good knowledge of German
