Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
The company is an internationally oriented financial service provider supporting private individuals and companies with long-term financial provision and security.
The working environment is diverse, ranging from finance, risk and asset management to consulting and insurance, as well as IT, HR, legal and other central corporate functions.
Employees work in a professional environment with national and international interfaces and deal with complex financial and economic issues.
Responsibilities:
You independently ensure the financial accounting of various pension funds and manage the associated subsidiary ledgers.
From the preparation of the accounts to the complete annual financial statements including notes, you carry out the work according to Swiss GAAP FER 26.
As the central contact person, you coordinate collaboration with auditors and provide all necessary documentation on time.
You present the audit results at the annual meetings of the board of trustees and answer technical questions regarding the annual financial statements.
Together with IT, administration and management, you continuously develop accounting processes and systems.
Qualifications:
A commercial education forms your basis; further training in accounting or in the field of occupational benefits is desirable.
Several years of experience in pension fund accounting.
You are proficient in Excel and MS Office and preferably have experience with Abacus.
Even with multiple simultaneous tasks, you maintain an overview thanks to independence, flexibility and strong organisational skills.
Very good German and Italian language skills in spoken and written form.
