Your field of activity

• From project development to handover, you accompany our general contractor/subcontractor projects and are a central contact person for our clients
• You lead the project team and coordinate collaboration with clients, planners, specialists, authorities and companies
• With forward-looking planning, you keep an eye on quality, costs and deadlines and ensure a smooth project process
• You support negotiations, manage contracts and change orders, and ensure correct and timely billing
• Together with the project team, you optimise planning and execution and develop suitable solutions for our clients

Your foundation

• You have completed vocational training in building construction with appropriate further education or a degree and bring experience in project management as well as in the general contractor/subcontractor environment
• Your technical and social skills as well as collaboration with various project participants distinguish you
• You are proficient in using Office 365 and ideally have knowledge of MS Project, Messerli and REALVIEW
• With your motivated, team-oriented and positive personality as well as your solution-oriented working style, you successfully advance projects
