Team Leader Domestic Services (Evening Shift)

These are your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a team of about 8 employees
• Co-responsibility for cleaning and internal waste transport
• Taking on evening responsibility within domestic services at least four days a week from 13:20/16:00 to 22:30
• Professional contact person during the evening operation
• Willingness for special and weekend assignments
• Active work on the front line as well as taking on holiday cover within the team

Together with the domestic services management responsible for:

• Conducting quality controls and training
• Introduction and training of new employees
• Coordination of event and internal transport logistics as well as waste disposal
• Participation in projects and further developments

What sets you apart

• You have completed training in domestic services or building cleaning and have several years of leadership experience in cleaning.
• You are well acquainted with the special requirements of hospital cleaning and the applicable quality and hygiene standards.
• You take your leadership role actively, responsibly and with pleasure.
• You are confident and proficient in using a PC and common Microsoft 365 applications.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Thanks to your independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working, you set priorities correctly and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You are flexible with your time and willing to regularly work evening shifts and, if necessary, at weekends.
