Microsoft Workplace & Cloud Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You manage solutions such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM and are the technical contact for 1st-level IT support
- In this role, you maintain the existing SCCM environment as well as modern cloud management solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- As a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you accompany the transformation towards a modern, cloud-based workplace
- You implement corporate guidelines in your region and develop best practices for the workplace landscape
- In this role, you document your processes to sustainably improve the workplace landscape
- As a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you contribute to national and international project groups to further develop the solutions
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training (EFZ or higher) and have more than 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft Workplace (Intune/SCCM) as well as in automating IT processes
- You communicate technical content in a structured and target group-oriented manner and have experience in creating and delivering presentations and reports
- You work independently and in a structured way and can inspire internal teams
- You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe (about once a quarter) and enjoy international collaboration
- You have very good German and good English skills
