Do you want to manage a versatile IT infrastructure and take responsibility both in classic system operations and modern cloud environments? In this role, you ensure the secure and efficient operation of the company IT and continuously develop existing platforms. Besides technical infrastructure topics, you work closely with internal departments and external IT partners and actively contribute to projects and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Administration and further development of Windows server systems, Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO) as well as cloud services based on Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
Ensuring stable and secure network operations including WLAN, firewalls, virtualisation with Hyper-V as well as optimisation of backup and monitoring solutions.
Support and further development of client and server environments, business applications, telephony and collaboration systems and their interfaces.
Participation in ICT projects and agile developments in collaboration with product owners, process owners and external service providers, especially regarding IT security, architecture and system operations.
Support in 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring application quality and maintaining technical system and operational documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT EFZ, further education at HF level or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in system engineering, IT operations or platform management, ideally in an SME.
Sound knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructures, especially Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows-based system landscapes.
Experience in participating in IT projects; knowledge of SQL databases and agile methods such as Scrum is an advantage.
Analytical, independent and precise working style as well as high reliability, team spirit and flexibility; good German skills and ideally English skills.
