IT System & Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of marketing and communication solutions. Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact when technical issues arise - whether remotely or on site
You navigate confidently in the hybrid IT world with M365, Active Directory, VMWare, Okta and Cisco Meraki
You contribute to projects, improve systems and develop automations
Training and clever instructions are just as much a part of your role as clear documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology
Proactive approach with the aim of further developing systems rather than just handling support cases
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualisation (VMware) and network technologies or the motivation to quickly familiarise yourself
Fluent German skills complete your profile
