Role:
Future-proof IT is created through stable platforms, intelligent automation, and modern cloud technologies. This position offers the opportunity to strategically further develop complex infrastructure environments and implement demanding digitalisation projects with the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the architecture, stability, and continuous optimisation of modern enterprise platforms
Development of innovative infrastructure and cloud concepts for highly available system landscapes
Management of technical transformation, migration, and modernisation projects
Introduction of automated operational processes using DevOps, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code methods
Design of powerful security, monitoring, and observability solutions
Integration of modern cloud, network, and platform technologies into existing system landscapes
Consulting business units and technical decision-makers on architecture and technology issues
Conducting technical analyses and developing sustainable solution strategies
Co-designing long-term technology roadmaps and platform strategies
Promoting technical excellence through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in building and operating complex IT infrastructures
Solid knowledge of cloud computing, virtualisation, and enterprise platforms
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, Linux, or Kubernetes
Good knowledge of modern automation tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, or Ansible
Understanding of IT architectures, networks, cyber security, and platform operations
Experience in technical project management and architecture design
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Enthusiasm for modern technologies such as cloud native, platform engineering, AI-supported operational processes, and zero-trust architectures
