Customer Service Clerk D/F 80-100%

Customer and branch support

Your area of responsibility

• Customer service: Handling telephone and electronic customer enquiries
• Interface function: Link to internal and external departments as well as suppliers
• Consultation: Contact person regarding shipping and transport questions
• Data and system maintenance: Maintaining information and data in the system
• Administration: Processing administrative clerical tasks

Your profile

• Education: Commercial training or comparable experience, preferably from the furniture industry
• Language skills: Excellent German skills as well as business fluent French
• Working method: Quick comprehension, reliable and efficient working style
• Personality: Customer-oriented, team-capable and independent personality
• IT user competence: Very good MS Office user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
