YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You take responsibility for the entire shop – from team leadership to increasing sales.
• You coach and develop your team, recognise talents, and promote them purposefully.
• The inviting appearance of your shop is personally important to you.
• You keep an eye on the key figures: sales, stock management, inventory, and cash register are fully under your control.
• You are not only a team leader but also a salesperson through and through, acting as a role model with your positive mindset.
• Customer loyalty is no foreign word to you – you ensure top customer experiences and long-term relationships.
• You implement the region's strategy at the forefront and turn your shop into a real success story.

YOUR SKILLS:

• You have completed vocational training in retail, preferably with further training in sales or leadership.
• You are a sales professional with several years of experience motivating and developing a team.
• You know the advantages and peculiarities of a dynamic industry and ideally bring knowledge from the telecommunications sector.
• You want to steer your own success: our variable salary component motivates you and your shop to top performance.
• Service and customer focus are a given for you, which is why you also promote the service orientation of your employees.
• You have fluent German skills; any additional language is a plus.
