3D Measurement Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for measuring vehicle bodies and the seamless documentation of measurement results
- Carrying out dimensional checks on assemblies and vehicle components
- Adjusting floor pans, diagonals, and crash boxes according to technical specifications
- Measuring assemblies as well as accident vehicles and evaluating the results
- Setting up, checking, and optimising gauges for various assemblies
- Checking attachments based on technical drawings and grinding plans
- Conducting intermediate and quality checks during the manufacturing process
- Adjusting main cross members, couplings, and other relevant components
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and testing regulations
- Performing VT/PT inspections as required
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training in metal, vehicle, or mechanical engineering
- Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
- Knowledge of 3D measurement technology advantageous, ideally with Leica laser trackers
- Technical understanding as well as confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
- Careful, independent, and quality-conscious working style
- High concentration ability and pronounced precision
- Good manual dexterity and strong spatial imagination
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
- High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of precise work
- Good physical condition for activities involving standing, walking, and occasionally kneeling
