Customer Order Planner
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting ATP/CTP analyses to ensure realistic delivery dates considering material availability, capacities and bills of materials.
- Creation, control and continuous stabilisation of the master schedule for defined product lines.
- Release, prioritisation and scheduling of production orders in coordination with production and customer requirements.
- Proactive identification, analysis and resolution of bottlenecks along the entire supply chain.
- Conducting root cause analyses as well as defining and coordinating sustainable corrective actions with relevant interfaces.
- Active backlog management as well as monitoring, analysing and reporting relevant performance indicators such as OTD (On-Time Delivery) and lead times.
- Ensuring high data quality of planning parameters and using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
Your Profile
- Higher technical or commercial education (HF, FH or Bachelor) with a focus on supply chain management, production planning, logistics or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, for example as a master scheduler or production planner, ideally in an HMLV environment (High Mix, Low Volume).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electromechanical products.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), as well as a good understanding of MRP processes.
- Extensive expertise in production planning, ATP/CTP, bottleneck management, master scheduling and backlog control.
- Experience handling planning parameters such as lead times, safety stocks and batch sizes.
- Independent, resilient and assertive personality with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
