Project Manager HVACS (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the overall management of demanding HVACS projects with comprehensive technical and business management responsibility. You will manage projects from conception and planning through tendering and execution to acceptance and invoicing. You will be responsible for deadlines, costs, quality, and resources and coordinate all building services engineering disciplines as well as external project participants. Additionally, you will represent the project team to clients and commissioning parties and contribute to acquisition, tendering, and contract processing.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of HVACS projects across all planning and implementation phases
Technical, scheduling, and business management responsibility for the building services projects managed
Management of the entire project management from conception to project accounting and invoicing
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and resource planning as well as ongoing project controlling
Planning and coordination of internal specialist resources and project teams
Cross-disciplinary coordination of the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sanitation as well as coordination with architecture, electrical, and other specialist disciplines
Preparation and review of planning, execution, and tender documents
Conducting site supervision, quality controls, and acceptance during the implementation phase
Leading project, planning, and coordination meetings with internal and external participants
Representing the project team to clients, commissioning parties, architects, and specialist planners
Ensuring proper planning and execution according to relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services engineering standards
Participation in acquisition, tender calculation, contract management, and offer preparation for new projects
Qualifications:
Degree as FH Engineer in Building Services / HVACS, HF Technician in Building Services, master craftsman, or comparable higher professional education
Several years of solid professional experience in building services engineering and management of complex HVACS projects
Sound expertise in several areas of HVACS technology and interdisciplinary building services planning
Experience in project management, project controlling, and resource planning
Knowledge of tendering, site supervision, costing, and contract management
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services engineering standards
Very good German language skills for project management, negotiations, and technical documentation
