IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Competent support and advice for customers and partners
Setup, configuration and testing of alert servers and network hardware
Migration of SQL databases as well as monitoring of system performance and security
Creation and updating of IT documentation, commissioning via remote maintenance or on site
Telephone support, on-call duties and conducting customer training
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or equivalent qualification
At least three years of experience with Windows server environments, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V) as well as SIP/VoIP telephony
Basic knowledge of network security and database management, team player, resilient and solution-oriented
Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
