Accountant (M/F)

We are looking for an individual for our Finance Department

Responsibilities

• Manage financial settlements of the games
• Prepare quarterly VAT statements
• Monitor and reconcile employer contributions
• Track and analyse variances in gross product adjustments of the games
• Manage the cash flow of bank accounts
• Maintain the accounting of an external company as well as all correspondence with its members
• Maintain and monitor accounts according to Swiss GAAP RPC accounting standards
• Participate in monthly and annual closings as well as various closing reports
• Prepare financial and accounting statistics
• Coordinate the update of financial and accounting procedures
• Participate and be proactive in working groups related to company projects impacting accounting
• Propose possible and desirable improvements to the activity or organisation of the department

Profile

• Successfully completed Federal Diploma as Specialist in Finance and Accounting
• 3 years of prior experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of MS Office tools
• Good knowledge of Oracle ERP system
• Good knowledge of English
• Analytical skills

• Versatility and discretion
• Stress resistance
