Sales Consultant: Field Service
Responsibilities
- Implementation of region-specific sales and revenue targets and ensuring efficient, growth-oriented new customer acquisition in the HORECA sector and healthcare for A- / B-customers
- Ensuring personal and professional support of all A and B customers, as well as their expansion, within own territory, with a focus on the HORECA and healthcare sectors
- Providing customer-specific services such as washing and dosing instructions, cleaning, hygiene and control concepts, as well as training and instruction of customers on site
- Maintaining a sales-promoting and partnership-based contact with the field staff of our regional and national distributors
- Participation in relevant customer-company events / networking events (e.g. IGEHO, trade fairs, VIP events)
Requirements
- Knowledge and application of relevant sales techniques
- Building and expanding own network within the industry as well as efficient and profitable sales planning
- Skilled in dealing with decision-makers and contacts
- Strong and solution-oriented customer friendliness and willingness to contribute to innovation management
- Knowledge of the main market companions (competitors, distributors and partners) and ability to recognise market trends
