Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an architect for the holistic handling of demanding building construction projects across various planning phases. The position combines design, project planning and execution planning with the precise development of spatial, constructive and material solutions. In addition to architectural design, you will increasingly take responsibility in planning coordination and project management. You will work on various construction tasks in Switzerland and accompany projects from the architectural idea to the structural implementation.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architecture and building construction projects across multiple planning phases
Development of design and concept ideas considering usage, context and structural conditions
Preparation of preliminary designs, construction projects and execution plans up to constructive implementation
Development and detailing of spatial, constructive and material solutions
Creation and coordination of project, execution and detail plans
Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners, experts and other project participants
Handling of building submissions and approval procedures in compliance with applicable Swiss building regulations
Ensuring consistent plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Participation in project management as well as coordination of tasks, deadlines and planning statuses
Accompanying projects during the realisation phase and addressing architectural and constructive issues
Ensuring architectural and planning quality in accordance with relevant SIA standards
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH or comparable university qualification
Professional experience in design, project or execution planning of building construction projects is an advantage
Solid understanding of architecture, construction, materialisation and detailing
Knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as relevant SIA standards
Experience in planning coordination and collaboration with specialist planners is an advantage
Good knowledge of common CAD/architecture software
Good German language skills, spoken and written
