Chief Financial Officer - Member of the Executive Board 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take overall responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting, taxes and cash management. You develop and implement the financial strategy, optimise processes and establish effective risk management. As a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and the executive board, you support key decisions, lead and develop the finance team and act as a business partner for stakeholders in the German and Western Switzerland regions. You are also responsible for communication with banks, investors and authorities.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in a senior financial role, ideally within a holding structure. You bring sound knowledge in accounting, controlling and corporate finance and combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality.

Experience in change and transformation processes as well as a clear, decisive and integrous leadership personality complete your profile. You communicate fluently in German and French (at least C1) and have very good MS Office and SAP S/4HANA skills.
