About the job
You have gained initial professional experience in IT and want to take the next step? With us, you don’t just handle individual tickets, but take responsibility for a versatile IT landscape with office workstations, catering locations, POS systems, and business applications.
In this role, you are the central point of contact for IT concerns, support our employees in their daily work, and further develop our systems and processes together with the specialist departments and external partners. You work closely with the CFO and have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally in this role.
If you like to get hands-on, solve problems in a structured way, and want to take on responsibility, you are exactly right with us.
We offer
- A versatile IT role with a lot of personal responsibility and development potential
- Direct collaboration with the CFO and insight into different company areas
- Support for training and further education
- 30% employee discount on the entire range in all branches
- Regular company events and team activities
Your tasks
IT Support & Administration: You are the first point of contact for IT concerns, handle support cases, and manage user accounts, workstations, devices, network, and POS systems.
ERP & Applications: You support the operation and further development of our business applications, especially Odoo, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and accompany system changes, tests, and rollouts.
Access & IT Security: You manage roles and permissions, support technical onboarding and offboarding, and ensure backups and basic security measures together with external partners.
Data & Digitalisation: You help improve interfaces, master data, and digital processes and create a reliable basis for reporting.
External Partners: You coordinate external IT service providers, consistently follow up on tickets and open issues, and ensure transparency regarding services, licences, and costs.
Your profile
Initial professional experience: You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field and bring 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical basic understanding: You have practical experience in IT support, user administration, and handling workstations, devices, and networks.
System knowledge: You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and ideally have already worked with ERP, POS, or other business systems. Experience with Odoo is a plus but not a requirement.
Hands-on mentality: You independently get to the bottom of problems, work in a structured way, and document solutions comprehensibly.
Communication & development: You explain technical topics clearly, approach employees in a service-oriented manner, and want to develop professionally towards IT management.
What to expect with us
You will become part of a versatile Swiss food company with its own production, catering locations, B2B business as well as festivals and events. Our system landscape is gradually being simplified, more strongly integrated, and geared towards further growth.
The position is deliberately broad and operational. You take on many topics yourself but do not have to be an expert in every technical special field yet. For more complex infrastructure, security, or development topics, you work with external specialists.
What is crucial for us is that you bring a solid technical foundation, willingness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
If you want to take the next step in your IT career and actively help build up our internal IT, we look forward to receiving your application.
